These terms cover how we work together at Ravenline Detailing. Booking a job means you are happy with them.

Quotes

Prices shown on this site are starting points. Your firm quote is given after a paint depth reading and an inspection, and before any work begins.

Bookings and deposits

A deposit of £100 holds your slot and comes off the final price. If you need to move your booking, let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to help.

The work

We only start once you have approved the quote. Most jobs take one to four days. We share updates with photos as we go and walk you around the car at collection.

Aftercare

Coated cars come with an aftercare kit and simple guidance. Following it helps your protection last. Maintenance washes are available for cars we have coated.

Liability

We take great care with every car. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
